ChangeMakers Fort Wayne is a group of community members, and Social & Racial Justice Activists who are committed to amplifying and uplifting the voices and concerns of the Black community as we work to knock down the barriers that hold us back.
Our organization advocates for equity and justice for the Black community. Fort Wayne’s Black community has been historically marginalized. disenfranchised, and oppressed. We aim to educate, train, and activate organizers, individuals, groups, and businesses to invest in interrupting racism, bigotry, and prejudice whenever encountered.
We strive to be a values-driven social justice enterprise where the culture and commitment created by our diverse team support individual and organizational excellence and sustainability. To that end, ChangeMakers strives to achieve equity, racial justice, and positive transformational change for Fort Wayne’s historically marginalized, disenfranchised, and oppressed peoples in the personal, social, systemic, and structural areas.
